Mission: Episode 2: Columbus Ascending
Location: Holodeck 1, Deck 82
Timeline: January 3rd, 2389, 13:30 Hours

[Main Bridge, Deck 21]

"Lieutenant?" Drass said as he stepped out onto the bridge. "Lieutenant? LIEUTENANT!?!" He was enraged. If there was one thing he would not tolerate, it was blatant insubordination. "Kebron to Jennings," he barked at his comm badge, "Remove Lieutenant Konebak from holodeck one immediately and escort him to the briefing. Be advised he has disabled the holodeck's safety protocols."

[Holodeck 1, Deck 82]

Ba'zra cringed at being called Jennings. It then occurred to her that perhaps she was no longer a Jennings. What was she? This thought consumed her as she started her walk towards the holodeck. Without betraying her thoughts, she called back, =^= Acknowledged. I am on my way. =^=

People stepped aside as Ba'zra walked towards the holodeck flipping her Daqtagh as she scowled at anyone that dared to even send her a questioning look. As she arrived at the holodeck, she noted that the panel had been dislodged and hastily put back in place. That explains how the safety protocols were bypassed.

Sheathing her Daqtagh, she put her hand on her phaser and ordered the computer, "Computer, open Holodeck 1, Override on my authority, Ba'zra Jennings, Jennings, Delta Pi, 5, 7, 3."

Obediently, the doors to Holodeck opened just in time for Ba'zra to witness the Bug ramming his claws into a female Klingon warrior. "I would never leave that opening, Lieutenant." She grinned, showing her all too human white teeth, taking pleasure in the moment. "Please tell me that you were the individual that re-wired the holodeck controls. Better yet, lie to me and I can pull the tapes and prove that you were, so I can have two reasons to write you up."

Pulling his hands back his claws slowly came out of the throat of the Klingon he just killed, he suddenly charged at Ba'zra not fully realizing it was really her. He stopped just short of stabbing her with his claws he spoke. "Computer pause program." He laughed at the security chief. "Yes it was me and as for your comment about leaving that opening, you're right you wouldn't have put up any challenge at all and died long before that hologram did." Mocking her made him feel good. "Now what did you want, coward?"

Ba'zra laughed at the Bug and pulled out her phaser, pointing it at him. She wondered why she ever let this puny minded individual ever get to her. Ronan was right. The Bug baited her and she fell for it. Why was this so clear now? She never used to be so bullheaded. "Well, this is probably the last time that I will get to call you this, but Lieutenant, I have been ordered to escort you back to the briefing. My guess is that you will be in the brig shortly thereafter and court martialed shortly after that. But those are my guesses."

She moved the phaser in the direction of the corridor, indicating that he should go before her. "Do give me a reason to use this. Please," she begged the Bug.

Thinking about beating Ba'zra down there on the spot he instead covered the wound on his shoulder with his hand and headed to the conference room. "Make your guesses all you want you maybe calm now, but your Klingon and your anger will always be on the surface we both know you'll bring only dishonor to your new position." Laughing as he entered the turbolift "Are you coming Lieutenant?"
